Purpose

Tower Block Radio respects artists, labels, photographers, designers, archivists, broadcasters, contributors and rights holders. This policy explains how rights or takedown concerns can be raised.

This policy applies to:

• Radio shows.
• Archive audio.
• Photos.
• Flyers.
• Posters.
• Logos.
• Videos.
• Written content.
• Artist biographies.
• Credits.
• Website content.
• Social media content controlled by Tower Block Radio.

What can be reported

You can contact us if:

• You own rights in material published by Tower Block Radio.
• You believe material has been used without permission.
• You have not been credited properly.
• Private or sensitive information has been published.
• Archive material has been wrongly attributed.
• A track, image or recording should be removed.
• Content creates a safety, privacy or legal concern.

How to submit a request

Include:

• Your name.
• Your email.
• The content URL or description.
• The rights you believe are affected.
• Your connection to the content.
• Evidence of ownership or authority.
• What action you want: remove, amend, credit, restrict or review.
• Any urgent safety or privacy issues.

Review process

Tower Block Radio will aim to:

• Acknowledge the request.
• Review the content.
• Temporarily restrict content where appropriate.
• Contact relevant contributors if needed.
• Decide whether to remove, amend, credit, restrict or retain the content.
• Keep a record of the decision.

Archive material

Archive material may involve multiple contributors and historic rights. Tower Block Radio will aim to handle archive concerns respectfully and proportionately.

Music takedowns

If you are an artist, label or rights holder and want a submitted track removed from future use, contact us. We will aim to remove it from active systems where reasonably possible.

Limitations

Tower Block Radio may not control:

• Third party reposts.
• Listener recordings.
• Cached search engine results.
• External platforms.
• Historic live stream recordings outside our control.

Repeat or abusive requests

Tower Block Radio may decline requests that are abusive, false, misleading or made in bad faith.
